Clarkson, also called Clarkson Village, is one of the oldest lakeshore communities in the south of Mississauga that draws young, diverse families looking for a suburban lifestyle close to Toronto. Although some areas still have a more gritty, industrial feel, the neighborhood surprises with a plethora of parks and green spaces, close proximity to the lake, mom and pop shops, and excellent transportation.
